The puppies from this litter, the Belle litter, were in honor of our original portie, Belle. I chose to name one female after her, calling her Ellie, as we frequently referred to Belle as Bellie. I am also very fortunate that she, Ellie, lives across the street from me with her family. I get to see her all the time. She comes over for playdates as do other Riptide puppies from the litters. We did build our pool to be “portie friendly.”
